In the world of DTF (Direct To Film) textile printing, this vertical powder dryer for DTF printing is a real revolution.

Vertical powder dryer;
Small footprint: 120 cm x 98 cm on the ground;
3 independent heating zones;

After printing, the DTF powder shaker-dryer keeps the DTF transfer film at the ideal temperature, using its heated inlet plate.

The hotmelt powder is then applied evenly and automatically. The surplus falls into the recovery tank and then re-uses it. A shaker shakes the DTF film to remove excess powder.

Next, the roll of DTF film is vacuumed so that it is kept flat on the drying mat. The automatic advance system drives it to the cooling zone before rolling up automatically.

Automatic DTF Powder shaker and dryer with vacuum absorption conveying platform and touch screen is easy to use and adjust thanks to its touch screen. The DTF oven heats and dries the textile transfer by infrared to preserve the brilliance of the colours.
