The electric heat press is suitable for any operator. Easy to use, it benefits from a rapid change of platens, without tools and accessories.

The bottom platen with a drawer frees up space to quickly put down the textile to be marked.

With its various settings and alarms, you easily select the desired temperature and the pressure time according to your textile.

After the pressing time is up, the heat press will ring and open automatically.

In addition to its main platen of 40 cm x 50 cm, this textile heat press is equipped to meet all your printing needs. It includes two additional platens :

• A heat press plate 13 cm x 13 cm: This size is ideal for the logo break in DTF (Direct To Film) transfer. You can personalise portable objects like UV-DTF smartphone cases or place labels to the collar of the t-shirt with great precision.
• A lower plate for a t-shirt press 12 cm x 45 cm: Ideal for the application of DTF transfer on the sleeve of the textile. This dimension, practical and essential in the textile marking, greatly widened the printing possibilities. It makes it possible to mark unique and original visuals.
• 2 Teflon covers for 40 cm x 50 cm heat presses : Specially designed to fit perfectly on heat press platens measuring 40 cm x 50 cm. This Teflon cover improves the hot printing process by providing optimum protection that lasts over time.

How to cure DTF powder with a heat press ?

To cure DTF powder after application, simply follow these steps :

Apply the hot melt powder on the ink of the visual.

Remove and collect the excess powder by tapping on the transfer film.

Place the DTF transfer film with the powder facing the heat press platen.

Set the appropriate temperature and time pressure for the type and material of the garment.

Close the heat press, but leave slightly open, about 1 cm.

Allow to heat for the specified time.

Open DTF heat press, then carefully remove the A3 DTF sheet.

Let the DTF transfer film cool down so that the DTF powder hardens completely.

Properly dried DTF powder comes out with a smooth, white appearance. If it comes out still grainy, the hot melt powder is undercooked.
