A screen printing carousel built for intensive production

The ROQ YOU screen printing carousel reaches up to 1,000 pieces per hour depending on the configuration chosen. It accepts from 7 to 20 print heads and 8 to 22 pallets, covering every multicolour textile printing need.

The M series (P08 M and P10 M) offers pallets up to 61 cm, while the XL series goes up to 102 cm for large back prints, tote bags or sweatshirts. Honeycomb-structure aluminium pallets ensure lightness, flatness and long-term durability.

Each print head has its own control panel. The operator adjusts print speed, squeegee height and angle independently. A central LCD screen drives the entire ROQ YOU screen printing carousel and all connected modules from a single control point.

The Skip function allows an unloaded pallet to be skipped without stopping the production cycle. This automatic carousel is also compatible with ROQ intermediate flash units (Flash Run, Flash Evolution, Flash Moby), essential for curing ink between colours on light or dark garments.

• ROQ HYBRID: Digital integration module combining screen printing and DTG;
• ROQ FLOCK: Applies a velvet flock effect directly during the print cycle;
• ROQ FOIL: Adds a metallic or glossy foil effect without removing the garment from the line;
• Laser positioning systems: Project light guides onto the pallet to ease garment placement;
• 4-cylinder squeegee carriage: Stabilises squeegee movement and improves ink deposit control.

The ROQ YOU screen printing carousel is available in several configurations ranging from 7 to 20 colours and 8 to 22 pallets depending on the model selected (P08 to P22).

What is the maximum output of the ROQ YOU?

Depending on the model, the ROQ YOU reaches up to 1,050 pieces per hour (P08 M and P10 M) or 1,000 pieces per hour for XL configurations, for standard A4 printing.

What is the difference between the M series and the XL series?

The M series accepts pallet sizes up to 61 cm. The XL series goes up to 102 cm, allowing large designs (back prints, panels) to be printed without reducing output.

Is the ROQ YOU compatible with digital DTG printing?

Yes, via the ROQ HYBRID module. It allows screen printing and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing to be combined in the same production cycle.

Is the P14M model still part of the ROQ YOU range?

The P14M is no longer part of the current range. The equivalent configuration by colour count (10 colours maximum) is now the ROQ YOU P12XL, with 12 pallets. Contact us to identify the configuration best suited to your production needs.
