Description
For formats over 100 cm, a standard heat press requires pressing in multiple steps. Each repositioning creates misalignment and variations in the final result.
The large format sublimation press Schulze Supra Press handles surfaces up to 210 × 112 cm in a single cycle, delivering consistent results across the entire pressing area.
It is available in four sizes: 130 × 90 cm, 150 × 112 cm, 180 × 112 cm and 210 × 112 cm. It suits workshops running high-volume production on large formats.
Designed for professional textile workshops, the Supra Press features a dual sliding platen system. While one item is being pressed, the operator loads and prepares the second platen, reducing downtime and increasing production throughput.
Technical features of the SUPRA Press
The Supra Press combines in one machine everything a textile workshop requires: output, thermal accuracy and long-term reliability.
- Dual sliding platens
The operator prepares one textile while the previous one is being pressed, allowing continuous production. - Continuously adjustable pneumatic pressure: 0.5 to 0.52 kg/cm²
Pressure is adjusted according to the material, ensuring even contact across the full surface. - Up to 18 heating zones
The machine includes up to 18 sensors distributed across the surface for even heat distribution. - Double-insulated heated platen
Retains heat, reduces energy loss and shortens warm-up time. - Integrated fume extraction system
Extracts vapours during the cycle and keeps the workspace cleaner. - Compressed air required
An external compressed air supply is required for operation. - Low-noise operation
Reduces noise levels and improves comfort during long production runs. - 2-year manufacturer warranty on the press
- 12-year warranty on the heating element
Typical applications of the Supra Press
The Schulze Supra Press suits workshops producing large-format items above 100 cm.
- Large format textile sublimation: flags, sportswear, signage;
- Oversized textile transfers: towels, blankets and home textiles;
- Sports jerseys and technical garments;
- Special substrates: skis or thick textiles.
Its large working surface allows oversized textiles to be pressed in a single operation without repositioning. This reduces alignment errors and improves transfer quality.
Compatibility of the Schulze large format heat press
The Supra Press operates with consumables and materials used in large format textile sublimation.
- Large format sublimation papers
- Sublimation inks
- Large format heat transfer films
- Thick textiles
- Thick or rigid substrates depending on configuration
The operator prepares textiles in advance and runs continuous pressing cycles to maintain a steady production flow.
