Description
This second-hand intermediate dryer is designed for plastisol ink pre-curing in textile screen printing. The Tiflex 40×60 cm screen printing cure unit is suited to workshops producing large-format prints: full-back t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags or multicolour marked garments.
It differs from the 40×40 cm model through its wider drying surface. Larger print areas can be treated in a single pass. The result: fewer repositioning steps and a smoother production flow.
Condition and availability
This second-hand unit (reference 23D4060, year 2005) is in good working order.
It shows normal signs of use. It is ready to use, requiring no technical intervention before commissioning.
A three-phase 380 V power supply is required for installation.
A high-performance infrared dryer for textile production
The Tiflex cure unit 4060 features 9 short-wave infrared radiant emitters for fast, even heat distribution. Its total output of 18 kW ensures efficient pre-curing, even with heavy ink deposits or multicolour layers.
An air-jet cooling system activates at the end of each cycle. It protects delicate fabrics and stabilises the ink film before the next print pass. A rod-type contact sensor triggers each cycle automatically upon detection of the platen.

Integration into an existing screen printing line
This flash dry unit integrates easily into workshops equipped with a screen printing carousel, including MHM automatic models. In that configuration, it is supplied without a stand but with two mounting rails. It can also operate as a standalone unit on a manual production line.
Its mobility (castors and brake) makes repositioning straightforward. Independent adjustment of output power, drying time and cooling duration allows precise calibration to each ink type or fabric.
Recommended screen printer profile
This 40×60 cm flash is suited to semi-intensive production workshops. It is ideal for professionals regularly printing large-format pieces or working in multicolour with short cycle times. It is less suited to low volumes or very confined spaces, for which the 40×40 cm model is the more appropriate choice.
