ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) are entered into between MANU TECH PRINT and any legal or natural person placing an order via the website https://manutech-print.com (hereinafter “the Buyer” or “the Customer”).
These GTC apply to all orders placed through the website.
1.2 Scope
These GTC govern exclusively the online sale of equipment, goods, supplies, and consumables (hereinafter “Products”) marketed by MANU TECH PRINT.
They apply to both consumers and professional buyers.
Certain provisions apply only to consumers and are expressly identified.
For customers with an existing account, specific contractual conditions may prevail over these GTC.
The GTC and the online order form constitute the entire contractual agreement.
1.3 Availability and Acceptance
The GTC are accessible on the website and must be accepted before placing an order.
By ticking the acceptance box, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them.
Without acceptance, no order can be placed.
1.4 Modification
MANU TECH PRINT reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time.
The applicable GTC are those in force at the time of the order.
1.5 Validity
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain applicable.
Failure to enforce a clause does not constitute a waiver.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
2.1 Characteristics
Essential product characteristics are available before order validation.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
2.2 Instructions for Use
Instructions and technical sheets are provided upon delivery or upon request.
The Customer must comply strictly with manufacturer recommendations.
MANU TECH PRINT declines all liability in case of misuse.
2.3 Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
If unavailable, a replacement product, credit note, or refund will be offered.
Refunds are issued within 30 days.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
3.1 Sale Price
Prices are displayed in euros, excluding and including taxes, excluding delivery costs.
The total amount is confirmed before payment.
3.2 Changes
Prices may be modified at any time, but the applicable price is the one at the time of order.
3.3 Additional Costs
Delivery costs are indicated before order validation.
For overseas or international deliveries, a specific quote may be issued.
Custom duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the Customer.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER
4.1 Order Process
The Customer must complete all required fields.
Before confirmation, the Customer may review and modify the order.
Order confirmation implies acceptance of the GTC.
A confirmation email is sent promptly.
4.2 Order Modification
Any modification requires seller approval.
Orders cannot be modified once shipped.
4.3 Validation
Orders are only final after validation by MANU TECH PRINT.
Validation is confirmed by email within 24 hours.
The company reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons.
4.4 Proof
Electronic records constitute valid proof of transactions.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
5.1 Terms
Payment is due in full upon order for new customers.
Payment is made by credit card.
Existing customers may benefit from specific terms.
5.2 Security
Payments are secured via encrypted systems.
5.3 Late Payment
Late payment results in:
- Immediate payment of outstanding amounts
- Late interest (1.5× legal rate)
- Suspension of orders
5.4 Retention of Title
Products remain the property of MANU TECH PRINT until full payment.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
6.1 Definition
Delivery means transfer of physical possession.
6.2 Delivery Time
Maximum delivery time: 30 days unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Delay
In case of delay, the Customer may cancel the contract.
6.4 Address
Products are delivered to the address provided.
6.5 Terms
Partial deliveries may occur.
The Customer must check goods upon delivery.
6.6 Returns
Non-compliant products must be reported:
- Consumers: within a reasonable time
- Professionals: within 72 hours
Products must be returned in original condition.
6.7 Unavailability
Equivalent products may be offered.
6.8 Risk Transfer
Risk transfers upon receipt of goods.
6.9 Ownership Transfer
Ownership transfers after full payment.
ARTICLE 7 – WARRANTIES
Legal conformity and hidden defect warranties apply under French law.
Consumers benefit from a 1-year legal warranty. excluding used equipment
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
MANU TECH PRINT is not liable in case of:
- Customer fault
- Third-party fault
- Force majeure
ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS ONLY)
Customers have 14 days to withdraw without justification.
Products must be returned in original condition.
Refund within 14 days.
ARTICLE 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content is protected by intellectual property law.
ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA
Data is processed for order management and customer relations.
Customers have rights of access, rectification, and deletion.
ARTICLE 12 – MEDIATION
Consumers may contact a mediator in case of dispute.
