Description
The Schulze heat press temperature sensor (PT100) is used to measure the heated platen temperature and control heat throughout the pressing cycle. Installed directly inside the heated platen, this sensor continuously transmits temperature data to the heat press.
- Compatible with Schulze heat presses manufactured from 2018 onwards.
Exposed to repeated heat cycles, the temperature sensor is considered a wear part and may need to be replaced in case of malfunction.
When should the temperature sensor be replaced?
The following signs indicate that a temperature sensor replacement may be required:
- Difference between displayed and actual temperature;
- Inconsistent transfer results;
- Unstable temperature;
- Damaged cable or sensor;
- Temperature sensor error on the display.
