Description

The Schulze Air Power heat press benefits from a 100% automatic operating mode. The operator places or threads the garment onto the platen, presses the control, and the pneumatic press runs its cycle: Opening, closing, and automatic movement.

It contains all the necessary options to optimise pressing time for large production runs. A pneumatically operated textile press with two workstations and an automatic rotating heating platen. The heating and base plates (with quick-release system) are interchangeable.

Schulze Air Power Automatic Heat Press.

The Schulze Air Power automatic heat press features a heated platen, a fully automatic process, two platens, and interchangeable heating and base plates.

The transfer press opens and closes automatically. Additionally, it has a switchable pre-press function. In fully automatic mode, directly insert the garment to be personalised with the transfer.

Pneumatic heat press with a large 12,7 cm touchscreen.

The automatic double platen press has a 12.7 cm touch screen. This interface allows you to determine and configure all functions.

In addition, the textile press can be activated via a foot pedal, a touchscreen, manually, or in fully automatic heat press mode.

Heat transfer press for large production runs.

The Air Power automatic transfer press is equipped with Quick Release, the quick change system for the lower platen. Naturally turn the lever located under the base plate, and it is easily extracted.

The Schulze Air Power Automatic Press opens and closes automatically. It features a fully automatic mode in which the heating platen moves from one platen to the other. The Schulze double-workstation pneumatic press then performs the pressing process.

Unlike DTF transfer presses in the same range, the heating platen movement is controlled by stepper motors. This system ensures quiet, consistently fast operation, and, above all, low air consumption.

This allows the Air Power Automatic Press to operate with a smaller compressor (not included). This heat transfer machine is ideally equipped for the demanding daily work of textile printing technicians.

40 x 50 cm textile press with turbo heating plate.

The turbo heating platen provides even heat distribution across two heating zones (40 x 50 cm model).

Thanks to its high power output of up to 3300 watts (40 x 50 cm model), it offers a very short heat-up time.

QR quick-release/change system.

Simply press the lever under the lower platen, and the base plate is ready to be replaced.

Older plates can be used with the quick-release connector. It is simply screwed into the existing thread in the centre of the base plate.

Work safely on the Schulze Air Power automatic transfer press.

For safety reasons, a safety guard surrounds the heating platen. The slightest contact prevents the press from closing. So all you have to do is put the T-shirt on or take it off.
