Why choose the Schulze Blue Press for DTG printing?
When printing DTG, using a pretreatment solution is essential—especially with white ink—and strongly recommended for light-coloured garments. To achieve optimal print quality, the pretreatment must be completely dry and free of moisture.
With a standard heat press, drying the pretreatment often requires multiple pressing steps to release the moisture. This process also helps avoid the appearance of white halos caused by over-pressing.
Designed for efficient DTG production
The Schulze Blue Press DTG features a perforated lower platen that allows excess moisture to drain downward during pressing. This design enables faster and more effective bonding of the ink to the fabric, cutting pressing time in half and helping preserve garment quality.
