Description
DTF powder 1Kg, 5kg and 20 Kg is a hot melt powder, composed of polyurethane resin and transformed into adhesive powder.
It is designed to cover the print on the DTF transfer film before the curing process begins.
The impression powder DTF Medium has a formidable adhesive power. It sticks only to the ink and not to the film. This adhesive is also called hot melt powder, adhesive powder for DTF. It is a soft and flexible powder. For best results, use our DTF inks and films.
DTF powder can be used for custom T-shirts, sportswear, workwear, promotional polo shirts, pants, tote bags and other materials.
Practical tips for use:
- Apply the powder evenly to the DTF film after printing ;
- Check that the ink is well covered ;
- Grasp the film and shake off any excess powder ;
- Recover excess DTF powder.
DTF powder curing with a heat press
Place your transfer on your heat press.
Lower the heating plate until it is about 1 cm away from the transfer. Cure the powder for approximately 2 minutes at 160°C or until melted. At first, its appearance becomes bright. Then it will melt and instantly form an even surface.
Store in a cool, dry place that isn't exceeding 25°C. Protect against frost. Do not store in the open, unlabelled or mislabelled. Sensitive to humidity.
