Description
This roll is the industry-standard format for Direct To Film textile printing. The DTF hot peel transfer film 60 cm x 100 m is a premium PET substrate with a matte finish. It allows operators to print a design and transfer it onto fabric immediately after pressing, with no cooling time required. It covers the most common print areas: chest, back, wide sleeves and multi-format layouts.
The 60 cm width is the most widely used format in professional DTF production. It equips the vast majority of textile printing lines and offers the best balance between printable surface and cost control. The hot peel function lets operators chain pressing cycles without interruption.
This premium film holds maximum ink and delivers dense colours with perfectly opaque white. For screen printing workshops integrating DTF, the 60 cm width is the natural transition format.
DTF printers compatible with the 60 cm hot peel film
This 60 cm DTF roll works with the leading DTF printer manufacturers in standard width. It is compatible with Oric, Haiya, Audley and Mycolor production lines. It also runs on equipment from DTF Pro, DTF Superstore, Mongoose, Binterjet and Kingjet.
The film feeds smoothly through roll-to-roll drive systems thanks to its anti-static matte surface. Ink deposits evenly across the full width. The hot-melt powder adheres only to the ink, never to the film.
The 60 cm DTF hot peel film is compatible with major RIP software: CaDlink, Acrorip, Ekprint, Devstudio, Flexi Sai, Flexi Print, Wasatch Soft RIP, White RIP and Maintop. Paired with a Schulze heat press, it delivers instant peel and optimal results.
Why the 60 cm DTF roll is the standard format in textile workshops
The 60 cm width covers the most common textile marking designs: chest logos, full back prints and wide sleeve graphics. It also allows multiple small designs side by side using the RIP software nesting function. This width is compatible with the largest number of DTF printers available on the market.
It is the format around which most workshops build their production workflow. Screen printers expanding into DTF often choose the 60 cm as their first investment. It handles varied orders without requiring multiple consumable sizes.
Which DTF film format to choose based on your printer and production
The right format depends on your printer and the type of orders you handle. Here is a comparison of the four hot peel roll widths available.
| Format | Typical machines | Best applications | Workshop profile |
|---|---|---|---|
| 30 cm x 100 m | Roland BY-20, My Color, XP600-based DTF | Logos, patches, caps, PPE | Custom printing, short runs |
| 40 cm x 100 m | Brother GTX Pro DTF R2R, Roland BY-20, BGA DP4 | Short runs, chest prints, accessories | Compact workshops, flexible production |
| 60 cm x 100 m | Oric, Haiya, Audley, Mycolor, DTF Pro | Chest, back, sleeves, multi-format | Professional standard, regular production |
| 80 cm x 100 m | Mimaki TxF150-75, TxF300-75 | All-over, full back, sportswear, workwear | High-volume production, automated lines |
Each format matches a specific machine requirement. The 60 cm remains the versatile choice for workshops handling varied orders at regular volume. Discover our full range of DTF films.

Heat press settings and transfer tips for the 60 cm DTF film
Set the press temperature between 110 °C and 130 °C depending on the fabric. Maintain medium, even pressure. Press for 6 to 10 seconds for a stable transfer, then re-press with protective paper. Peel the film immediately while hot. On polyester, reduce temperature slightly to protect the fibre.
The premium matte DTF film delivers a natural textile finish after transfer, with no glossy effect.
How to fix a misplaced DTF transfer on fabric
A misaligned or poorly pressed DTF transfer can be removed without ruining the garment. Apply a few drops of DTF Remover (Flex Remover) onto the transfer. Wait a few seconds for the solvent to dissolve the design. Remove the transfer using weeding tweezers.
This saves the garment and avoids material waste. This product is available separately on manutech-print.com.
DTF hot peel vs cold peel film: why choose instant peel
DTF hot peel film is removed immediately after pressing. The operator does not wait for the transfer to cool. This speeds up throughput and streamlines the production line. Cold peel film offers a glossier finish but requires 20 to 30 seconds of cooling.
In professional workshops, the switch to hot peel happens naturally as volume increases. The matte finish of hot peel blends better on most finished garments. For regular production on cotton, polyester or blends, hot peel is the preferred choice among textile marking professionals.
