Description
The Schulze Air 4 Press 40 x 50 is a semi-automatic carousel heat press designed for heavy-duty use and high-volume textile production. Its automatic opening and closing system ensures a very high hourly output with just one operator.

High-performance pneumatic transfer press
The Schulze Air 4 Press stands out for its ease of use. Simply place the garment on one of the four rotating platens (40 x 50 cm), then start the press with a single touch or hand gesture – thanks to its built-in motion sensor. The press completes the full cycle automatically.
Thanks to its clever design, you can load and unload garments simultaneously at different stations. This allows you to significantly increase productivity. The press can also be fitted with interchangeable lower platens to suit your specific needs.

All settings – temperature, press time, transfer type selection, memory presets, pre-press and main press durations – are managed via the intuitive touchscreen. Starting the press cycle and platen rotation is effortless, with a simple touch or gesture.
