Description
The Chiossi e Cavazzuti textile cooling hood is installed at the exit of a drying tunnel to quickly reduce the temperature of t-shirts. It delivers a continuous airflow that makes garments easier to handle immediately after exiting the tunnel.
Cooling at the tunnel exit reduces residual ink tack on the textile. The operator collects garments without waiting and works in better conditions at the end of the production line.
Installation takes place directly at the tunnel exit, with no modification to the existing line. A simple electrical connection is enough to start operation.
Compatibility of the textile cooling hood
The cooling hood is particularly suited for plastisol inks. The airflow lowers the temperature at the tunnel exit, limits garments sticking together and improves print durability.
