Description
When pressing in DTG on a heat press fitted with perforated platens, such as the Schulze Blue DTG, excess pretreatment passes through the textile and drains directly beneath the platen.
Without recovery, this liquid quickly builds up under the machine, dirties the workstation and increases cleaning operations. The Schulze DTG pretreatment collection tray captures these run-offs as soon as they leave the perforated platen.
It channels the liquid into a 5-litre tank via a drain hose, helping to keep the workspace clean throughout production.
Supplied ready to use with a hose and a 5 L tank.
DTG collection tray formats and compatibility
Three formats cover the main DTG production requirements:
- DTG collection tray 38 x 45 cm
- DTG collection tray 40 x 50 cm
- DTG collection tray 40 x 60 cm
Each format matches standard textile platen dimensions. Simple installation under the heat press, without modifying the machine.

This system only works with presses fitted with perforated platens, used in DTG to evacuate excess pretreatment.
