Vertical GEN 2 and GEN 3 Powder Shaker / Dryers for DTF
The GEN 2 and GEN 3 vertical powder shaker / dryer modules perfectly complement the printer. They automate the essential post-printing stages: adhesive powder application, melting and film curing.
The hot-melt adhesive powder is applied evenly using an adjustable vibrating system. The film then passes through a heating tunnel that melts the powder to ensure strong ink adhesion. A final cooling fan stabilises the media before automatic rewinding.
This process delivers a consistent and durable finish while reducing manual handling. It allows continuous production runs and significantly increases productivity. Manutech-Print recommends connecting the fume outlet (Ø125 mm) to an external extraction system.
