Manual Heat Presses

The manual heat press is the entry point for professional garment decoration. Robust and versatile, it suits both start-ups and regular production runs alike. The Schulze Swing Press and Blue Press models cover DTF transfers and sublimation on flat garments. For specialist applications, Schulze offers the Cap Press for caps, the Ball Press for sports balls, and the Patch Press for logos and badges. Each model is available in several platen sizes.

Electric Heat Presses

The electric heat press comes into its own when throughput increases and operator fatigue must be reduced. No air compressor required - quiet and efficient, it simply plugs into a standard power socket. The Schulze E-Power Duo Press 2.0 delivers consistent pressure on every DTF transfer, sublimation, or DTG print. Available in automatic or semi-automatic versions, with a platen of 38x45 cm or 40x50 cm. Dual platen, automatic opening, electronically controlled cycle: maximum productivity from the very first run.

Pneumatic Heat Presses

The pneumatic heat press is built for high-volume workshops. Powered by an air compressor, it delivers consistent, even pressure on every cycle. No variation, no operator fatigue. The Schulze range covers every level of production. The Air Duo Press QR and the Air Power Automatic suit growing workshops. The Air 4 Press, with its four rotating platens at 40x50 cm, delivers intensive production throughput. For large-format work, the Big Lite presses up to 70x100 cm.

Mug Presses

Personalising a mug, water bottle, or tumbler requires equipment whose surface perfectly conforms to the shape of the object. A flat heat press simply will not do. Schulze mug presses apply even heat across the entire cylindrical surface, delivering a sharp and durable sublimation print. The Mug-1 is ideal for individual personalisation. The Mug-4 scales up for batch production. The Tumbler Press handles bottles and tumblers. For higher output, the Mug Oven Box sublimates up to 20 mugs simultaneously.

Sublimation

Sublimation printing produces high-definition, wash-resistant prints with no raised surface. It works on polyester, ceramic, metal, and specially coated substrates. Manutech-Print offers printers, inks, and papers for a complete sublimation workflow. The Sawgrass SG500 (A4) and SG1000 (A3) pair with VersiFlex or SubliJet UHD inks. Ready-to-use starter kits are available for both models.

Accessories, Spare Parts & Second-Hand Machines

Investing in a Schulze heat press means choosing equipment supported for the long term. Accessories and spare parts remain available for many years after purchase. Quick-release interchangeable platens, Teflon sheets, sublimation sleeves for mugs, temperature probes, electronic control boards, pneumatic solenoid valves - everything is available. Schulze heat presses come with a 2-year warranty. On selected models, the heating element carries a 12-year warranty.
