Air filtration unit for DTF and UV workshop Schulze
- Reference: GS119518

Description
Without proper air extraction, chemical emissions from DTF and UV printers quickly build up in a closed workshop.
The Schulze universal filtration unit filters air continuously during production. Operators work in a cleaner environment without interrupting production.
The professional filtration unit is placed directly next to a printer or a DTF powder shaker dryer. It captures air loaded with particles and VOCs as close as possible to the emission source.
The system combines multiple filtration stages: a pre-filter captures particles, while the activated carbon filters treat solvents, VOCs and odours. The unit runs continuously during production without intervention between printing cycles.
Production benefits of the Schulze air filtration unit
The unit filters air during production without changing workshop organisation. Its autonomous operation removes the need for external extraction and simplifies installation.
It operates on 230 V single-phase power with a consumption of 1.2 kW, suitable for continuous workshop use.
- Continuous air filtration during production
- Reduced machine downtime caused by premature contamination
- Activated carbon filter replacement without special tools
- 2-year warranty on the unit, excluding wear parts
- Fast maintenance: filters can be changed within minutes
- Compact footprint: the air filtration system installs easily
Activated carbon filters can be replaced independently. Only the worn filter is changed, not the entire system. This helps control maintenance costs over time.
Compatibility and integration of the professional filtration unit
The filtration unit is suitable for DTF / UV environments and more broadly for textile production workshops. It operates independently and does not rely on a specific machine. Position it directly near the emission source.
The DTF air filtration system connects to a standard 230 V power supply. It can be added to an existing setup without technical modifications. No impact on production flow or workshop organisation.
Compatible with equipment such as the Schulze Powder Machine 600 to filter particles and VOCs generated by a DTF production line.
Its design and integrated castors allow easy movement between workstations as your workshop evolves.
Usage guidelines for air filtration in workshops
Place the air filtration unit for DTF powder shaker dryers within one metre of the emission source. Check filter condition every 3 to 6 months depending on production volume. Keep spare filters in stock to avoid unplanned downtime.
In workshops larger than 50 m² or with multiple machines, use the filtration unit alongside general air renewal systems.
