Description
The Schulze Powder Machine 600 V3 DTF powder shaker dryer automates the full powdering and drying process on transfer film. Designed to work with DTF films coming from the printer up to 60 cm wide.
This powder shaker dryer runs each step without manual handling: preheating, powder application, excess removal, drying, then cooling and rewinding.
The DTF film comes out ready for cutting, with identical conditions across the entire production run.
Automated DTF powdering and drying
The machine completes an automated DTF line. It sits directly after the printer in a continuous DTF production workflow.
The printed film enters the powdering section, where hot-melt powder is applied evenly to the DTF inks. A system distributes the powder and removes the excess. Surplus powder is automatically collected and fed back into the circuit, without waste.
The transfer film then moves into a heating zone. The powder heats up and forms an even adhesive layer. The transfer becomes consistent and ready for the next steps.
