Description

Move into high-output production with the POKER 1900 textile dryer tunnel by Chiossi e Cavazzuti. Designed for DTG printing and for drying water-based inks on long runs. It processes up to 960 T-shirts per hour.

Its 1900 mm belt width allows several garments to be positioned at the same time. T-shirts, sweatshirts and wider textiles dry side by side, which directly increases output without extending production time.

The 4000 mm heating zone provides progressive heat build-up and even drying throughout the full length of the tunnel.

3 POKER 1900 dryer models

The Poker 1900 high-capacity textile dryer tunnel is available in several configurations.

The choice of model depends on output targets, available space and production requirements.

• Poker 1900 dryer (single conveyor belt)
  Standard configuration with one belt. Fits directly into an existing DTG production line.
• Poker 1900 with return conveyor belt (up and down)
  The operator works from one position only, as the Poker 1900 runs with two conveyor belts. The lower belt operates at a temperature 10 to 15°C lower, which improves drying quality.
• Poker 1900 with double conveyor belt
  Two independent conveyor belts, allowing two production jobs to be dried at the same time with different drying times.

Available as an option for the Poker 1900 high-output dryer tunnel.

The cooling hood cools the textiles straight after ink drying and reduces heat at the dryer exit. The operator handles the garments more quickly, without contact with an overly hot surface.

This DTG dryer option suits workshops running continuous production.

Compatibility with textile printing lines

The high-output dryer tunnel is positioned alongside DTG printers. Its 1900 mm belt width allows 2 rows of garments to be placed on the conveyor and keeps production flowing continuously, even at high output.

It is used in configurations with several Direct to Garment printers, depending on production volume:

• 2 or 3 Kornit Atlas DTG printers;
• 1 or 2 Kornit Atlas Max printers.
