Description
In DTG, DTF or screen printing workshops, textile folding machine takes time and often requires several operators. The Speedy-T 2021 by Chiossi e Cavazzuti automates textile folding and packaging to speed up order preparation right through to dispatch.
With a production speed of up to 500 garments per hour, it adapts from baby garments to XXL sweatshirts thanks to adjustable folding blades that can be set in just a few seconds.
The textile folding machine can store up to 10 folding programs to simplify production changes.
Two modes for order preparation
The Speedy-T offers two operating modes depending on your production organisation.
- Stacking mode: The T-shirt is folded automatically and then placed onto a descending platform to create a clean and even stack.
- Bagging mode: The sweatshirt is folded and held on the last folding blade to allow easy bagging.

Integrating the Speedy-T into a textile workshop
The Speedy-T 2021 is typically positioned after a conveyor dryer or heat press. Mounted on wheels, the machine can be moved easily and repositioned according to workshop layout. Connection is simple: a 80–240 V power supply and a standard 8 × 6 mm air connection.
Only one operator is required to run the folding machine: the foot pedal control keeps both hands free and maintains a steady production rhythm without interruption.
