Description
The Epson UltraChrome DF T57U DTF inks are genuine consumables for the SureColor SC-G6000 and SC-G9000 printers. Supplied in 1.6-litre ink packs, they produce vivid colours, sharp details and consistent prints.
They ensure an even ink deposit on DTF film and professional results on both light and dark fabrics. After transfer, the print retains good softness and flexibility. It also withstands repeated washing and everyday wear.
These Epson DTF inks are OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certified and comply with CPSIA requirements.
Epson UltraChrome DF colours and references
The range includes four CMYK DTF inks and one white ink:
- Black 1.6 L : C13T57U100;
- Cyan 1.6 L : C13T57U200;
- Magenta 1.6 L : C13T57U300;
- Yellow 1.6 L : C13T57U400;
- White 1.6 L : C13T57UA00.
Select the colour that matches the consumable you need to replace. The five Epson DTF ink cartridges are not sold as a complete set.
DTF ink for Epson SC-G6000 and SC-G9000 printers
The SureColor SC-G6000 and SC-G9000 use Epson UltraChrome DF T57U DTF inks. Both printers feature PrecisionCore MicroTFP printheads.
This combination supports accurate droplet placement and an even ink deposit on DTF film. It helps maintain consistent print quality throughout production runs.
Both models print onto DTF film rolls and use the same CMYK and white ink references. The SC-G6000 accepts film widths of up to 900 mm, compared with 1,626 mm for the SC-G9000. The 80 cm × 100 m Hot Peel DTF transfer film roll is therefore suitable for both configurations.
The UltraChrome DF T57UA00 white DTF ink ensures an even ink deposit and consistent density throughout production.The SureColor SC-G6000 and SC-G9000 keep the ink circulating to limit pigment settling and maintain consistent density.
Epson DTF ink certifications and compliance
The Epson DTF ink is OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certified. This certification confirms that the formulation has been tested for harmful substances. It provides reassurance to customers, particularly for children’s clothing and garments worn in prolonged contact with the skin.
The ink also complies with CPSIA requirements. This compliance covers US product safety standards and supports the export of printed textiles to North American markets.
Storage and maintenance of the UltraChrome DF range
Once opened, Epson recommends using the ink within one year. Store the ink packs at a stable temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Two additional 1.6-litre consumables complete the range for the SC-G6000 and SC-G9000:
- T57UB00 maintenance liquid: used during daily operation and automatic maintenance procedures.
- T57Y100 cleaning liquid: used to prepare the printer for extended shutdown, storage or transport.
