Compatible exclusively with large format DTF printers designed for 80 cm media width. This 80 cm DTF film roll is primarily used with the TxF range: the TxF150-75 with a single printhead for growing businesses, and the TxF300-75 with dual printheads for up to three times higher productivity.

The TxF300-75Plus version increases uptime with enhanced white ink capacity and the UISS uninterrupted ink supply system.

The film is also compatible with industrial DTF systems equipped with Epson i3200 printheads, a recognised production standard for large format DTF printing. These machines feature continuous ink circulation to prevent white ink sedimentation.

The DTF transfer film 80 cm ensures smooth feeding in high-speed roll-to-roll systems. Its controlled tension and flatness guarantee stability during high-speed printing. The anti-static matte coating prevents media jams and ensures even ink laydown across the full width.

This positioning ensures optimal performance of 80 cm printers without compromising productivity. This product is not suitable for 30 cm or 60 cm DTF printers.

Transfer parameters and production workflow integration

The operator applies a temperature between 110°C and 130°C depending on the fabric. Medium and even pressure ensures proper adhesion across the entire design. A pressing time of 6 to 10 seconds delivers a stable transfer, followed by a second press with protective paper. The film is peeled immediately while hot. On polyester, temperature can be adjusted to protect the fabric.
