Description of the ROQ FEED+, automatic transfer film applicator for DTF.
The “plus” version of the FEED brings targeted improvements for high-speed production environments. The storage tray has been increased from 75 mm to 135 mm, significantly improving autonomy. The feeding table now supports transfers from 56 mm in height. These upgrades facilitate the handling of small pieces and long production runs.
The gripping system includes six suction cups, two more than the previous version. All suction cups are fully adjustable via the HMI screen. Fine horizontal and vertical positioning can be saved for rapid reproduction of settings between different batches.
Integration with ROQ IMPRESS and ROQ PULL+
Mounted on a ROQ IMPRESS, the FEED+ automates the transfer placement phase just before the heat press cycle. When combined with the ROQ PULL+ module (automatic removal and stacking), it forms a complete transfer application station.
Typical process in full configuration:
- The ROQ FEED+ automatically positions the DTF film onto the textile piece.
- The ROQ IMPRESS performs the programmed heat press cycle.
- The ROQ PULL+ automatically removes and stacks the finished garment.
