The DL60X2FV DTF printing line delivers a complete, high-performance solution for textile personalisation. It combines a 2-head Epson I3200 DTF printer with a vertical powder shaker of your choice :

• With Gen 2 powder shaker / dryer : Compatible up to 30 linear m/hour;
• With Gen 3 powder shaker / dryer with integrated air filtration : Compatible up to 60 linear m/hour.

The elongated design improves heat distribution and maintains uniform curing even at higher throughput. Precise control of temperature, powder agitation and belt speed lets you match the line to your production requirements.

Vertical powder shaker/oven GEN 2

The GEN 2 powder shaker/oven delivers a compact, efficient solution for DTF workshops up to 30 linear metres per hour. It ensures consistent powdering and even curing while keeping a straightforward, workshop-friendly design.

• 2 independent heating zones;
• 2 independent extraction zones;

• Pre-heating plate before powdering;

• Requires external air extraction of 500 m³/h (not supplied);

This version requires suitable extraction in the room. Plan the installation in advance to avoid delays during commissioning.

Vertical powder shaker/oven GEN 3 with integrated filtration

The GEN 3 version targets decoration workshops that want more autonomy and a higher upgrade ceiling. It supports configurations up to 60 linear metres per hour and includes an automatic industrial filtration system with no consumables.
