How ultrasonic pretreatment machine nozzle cleaning works

The ultrasonic cleaning process uses mechanical vibrations to agitate a solution. This makes it easier to remove surface dirt and also frees up clogged spaces like the DTG pre-treatment spray nozzles or your components Kornit, Epson or Brother GT3.

Ultrasonic waves in the liquid produce microscopic implosions of bubbles which burst on contact with surfaces. This phenomenon so creates a vacuum-like friction action that dislodges impurities from surfaces. This effect is called cavitation. Cavitation then removes the microbial load from the surface of objects submerged in the tank.

Ultrasonic cleaning systems provide efficient cleaning using a combination of three parameters:

• Cavitation ;
• Sonic flow/irrigation ;
• Detergents or cleaning solution ;
