The DTG pretreatment nozzle cleaning solution is as effective as the OEM brands. Its attractive price and effectiveness make it the best solution for cleaning and maintaining DTG nozzles. Cleaning liquid for Schulze PretreatMaker is compatible with all brass and stainless steel nozzles.
It prevents oxidation. It also prevents the nozzles from becoming blocked.
This product is only suitable for nozzles of metal pretreatment machines like brass or stainless steel.
Use of DTG Pretreatment Nozzle Cleaner :
The nozzle cleaning solution is used for the maintenance of Schulze Pretreatmaker or Sefa Ispray pretreatment nozzles. It extends their service life. Useful for head strikes, clogs, dried ink.
The nozzle cleaning solution is diluted (1:1) with distilled water in an ultrasonic cleaner.
Please change the product, when the colour of the ultrasonic tank cleaning liquid becomes greyish.
At the end of the day, remove the 4 nozzles from your DTG pretreatment machine like Pretreatmaker IV or Sefa Ispray 2. Then dip them into the ultrasonic cleaner and start the cleaning cycle.
