ROQ E | Electric Screen Printing Press
- Reference: ROQ-E
Description
The first fully electric model in the ROQ range, the ROQ E modernises automated textile production. Without compressed air supply, it reduces operating costs and improves workshop working comfort.
Available in two configurations P08 and P10, it supports screen printing workshops looking to increase production speed and structure their workflow.
A 100% electric screen printing carousel
The ROQ E reaches up to 1050 pieces per hour depending on the selected configuration. Two versions are available, with 6 to 8 print heads and 8 to 10 platens.
The screen printing press supports several platen formats, allowing printing on children’s t-shirts, XXL sweatshirts and tote bags.
- 100% electric operation: quiet and comfortable production environment;
- Connection for 3 or 4 flash units depending on configuration;
- Reduced energy costs thanks to the absence of a compressor;
- Independent adjustment of print heads to adapt squeegee pressure and angle to the textile.
Applications in textile workshops
It integrates easily into professional textile printing environments requiring consistent and quiet production. It allows printing from 2 to 8 colours.
Combined with a suitable conveyor dryer, the machine runs continuous cycles with minimal operator intervention. It supports various ink types including plastisol, water-based inks and hybrid inks.
Technical and economic advantages
The absence of a compressor directly reduces overall energy consumption. The machine consumes up to 4.4 kW in P08 configuration and 5.4 kW in P10 configuration. This fully electric architecture also reduces maintenance operations related to pneumatic components.
- Quieter working environment;
- Simplified maintenance over time;
- Immediate start without pressure build-up;
- Reduced energy consumption compared with pneumatic systems.
Options and compatible equipment
Designed to integrate into a complete textile production line, this model can be combined with several complementary units:
- Flash Run: intermediate flash curing unit;
- Flash Evolution: flash unit with thermal control;
- Flash Moby: compact flash solution for specific configurations;
- Sahara: industrial conveyor dryer at the end of the line;
- Laser positioning system to assist textile placement.
Available configurations of the ROQ E
The range is available in two models to adapt to different workshop layouts. Each version offers several combinations of print heads and platens to match the desired production speed.
The choice between P08 and P10 mainly depends on production volume, number of colours printed and available workshop space.

Can the ROQ E replace a manual carousel?
If your production reaches several hundred pieces per day, switching to automation becomes relevant. This press enables a gradual transition to automated production while keeping familiar working methods for operators.
What is the difference between the ROQ E and the ROQ NEXT?
ROQ E: 100% electric carousel without an air compressor, quiet and energy efficient. Up to 8 colours and 1050 pieces/hour. Ideal for workshops prioritising ecology and low maintenance costs.
ROQ NEXT: high-performance pneumatic screen printing press. Up to 18 colours, 1200 pieces/hour and extended print area (850 × 1000 mm XL). Designed for maximum productivity and flexibility.
