The ROQ FLOCK automates flock application on your screen-printing carousel. This electrostatic flocking unit distributes fibres evenly onto the textile adhesive to create raised velvet effects at high production speeds.

Compatible with all ROQ automatic carousels, the ROQ FLOCK is designed for textile workshops producing at industrial scale. You maintain premium finishing quality without sacrificing productivity.

Available in several formats, the ROQ FLOCK supports different textile print sizes, from standard logos to large-format prints.

The module is generally used alongside the ROQ ASP, which removes excess fibres after application to keep the production area clean during printing runs.
