Description

Designed for workshops targeting speed, precision and versatility, the ROQ YOU automatic screen printing press is the reference machine for textile printers who refuse to compromise between output, print quality and operational flexibility.

Available in 9 configurations (P08 M to P22 XL), it handles both short multi-colour runs and large-scale continuous production.

A screen printing press built for intensive production

The ROQ YOU screen printing press reaches up to 1,000 pieces per hour depending on the selected configuration. It supports from 7 to 20 print heads and from 8 to 22 platens, covering all requirements for multi-colour textile printing.

The M series (P08 M and P10 M) offers platens up to 61 cm, while the XL series reaches up to 102 cm for large back prints, tote bags or sweatshirts. The aluminium honeycomb platens ensure lightweight construction, flatness and long-term durability.

Each print head features its own control panel. The operator independently adjusts printing speed, squeegee height and angle. A central LCD screen controls the entire ROQ YOU screen printing press and all connected modules from a single control point.

  • Electrically driven squeegee movement controlled by frequency inverter;
  • Frame holding system: U-clamps or pin registration system;
  • High head position for easier frame cleaning;
  • Aluminium honeycomb platens;
  • 230 V or 400 V three-phase power supply depending on configuration.

Applications of the automatic screen printing press in textile workshops

The ROQ YOU integrates into all professional textile decoration workshop layouts. It enables fast production of t-shirts, sweatshirts and promotional textiles in multiple colours. Integrated within a line including flash units and a drying tunnel, it runs continuous cycles without interruption.

The Skip function allows an unloaded platen to be bypassed without stopping the production cycle. This screen printing press is also compatible with ROQ intermediate flash units (Flash Run, Flash Evolution, Flash Moby), essential for curing ink between colours on light or dark garments.

ROQ options compatible with the ROQ YOU

The ROQ YOU automatic screen printing press is designed as the central element of a complete production line. It connects to several specialised modules depending on production needs:

  • ROQ HYBRID: Digital integration module combining screen printing and DTG.
  • ROQ FLOCK: Applies a velvet effect directly during the printing cycle.
  • ROQ FOIL: Adds metallic or glossy effects without removing the garment from the line.
  • Textile positioning laser systems: Project light guides onto the platen to assist garment placement.
  • 4-cylinder squeegee carriage: Stabilises squeegee movement and improves ink deposit control.

Modularity & configuration of the ROQ screen printing press

The ROQ YOU screen printing press is available in multiple configurations ranging from 7 to 20 colours and 8 to 22 platens depending on the selected model (P08 to P22).

Why choose the ROQ YOU?

The ROQ YOU range is designed to grow with your business. When upgrading from a P10 M to a P16 XL, the controls, settings and consumables remain the same: your operators do not need to start from scratch, and your initial investment continues to deliver value.

For any textile printer aiming to increase production speed and improve print consistency, the ROQ YOU automatic screen printing press offers the best balance between performance and scalability.

Benefit from technical guidance tailored to your production environment. Our teams support you in selecting the most suitable configuration according to your output targets, print formats and level of automation.

What is the maximum output of the ROQ YOU?

Depending on the model, the ROQ YOU reaches up to 1,050 pieces per hour (P08 M and P10 M) or 1,000 pieces per hour for XL configurations, based on a standard A4 print size.

What is the difference between the M series and the XL series?

The M series supports platens sizes up to 61 cm. The XL series extends up to 102 cm, allowing large graphics (back prints, panels) without reducing production speed.

Is the ROQ YOU compatible with DTG digital printing?

Yes, via the ROQ HYBRID module. It allows screen printing and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing to be combined within the same production cycle.
