ROQ ONE | Independent Print Head for Screen Printing Carousels

The ROQ ONE works as an additional independent print head designed for automatic ROQ oval and circular screen printing carousels. It automates specific technical applications without occupying the main printing stations.

This independent print head for screen printing carousels automates textile adhesive application, speciality inks and selected decorative effects.

It operates on areas up to 700 × 1000 mm while leaving more stations available for the main colours in order to maintain high output during long production runs.

The ROQ ONE can also run a squeegee over a screen without ink in order to flatten the garment before printing. It presses the textile against the pallet, reduces certain creases and prepares a more uniform surface before the colour stations.

Automate textile adhesive applications directly on the carousel
