ROQ ASP vacuum system for screen printing carousels Automatically removes excess flock fibres in production Contact us

Description

Flock fibres and textile residues quickly spread around a screen printing carousel. These particles contaminate garments, dirty the platens and increase cleaning operations during production.

The ROQ ASP automatically removes fibres and dust directly on the screen printing carousel. This system removes excess material after flock application or special effects in order to keep the printing area clean at high production speeds.

Automatic textile fibre extraction in screen printing

The ROQ ASP mounts directly onto the ROQ automatic screen printing carousel. After flock fibres or certain special effects are applied, the system automatically extracts the residues present on the garment.

The recovered fibres are then collected inside a recovery bag in order to limit dispersion around the machine.

This flock residue extraction system for screen printing carousels reduces particles present:

  • on garments;
  • around the platens;
  • inside the inks;
  • throughout the production environment.

The workshop stays cleaner during long production runs.

ROQ ASP compatibility with ROQ screen printing carousels

Automatic ROQ screen printing accessory, compatible with all ROQ automatic screen printing machines, oval systems and carousels. The ROQ ASP mounts onto any available print head position.

Two suction head widths available:

  • 470 mm suction head: for standard garment formats;
  • 620 mm suction head: for oversized garments and technical pieces.

It is particularly recommended alongside the ROQ FLOCK, ROQ Foil and ROQ Iron in order to build a complete automated printing line.

Cleaner flock textile production at high output

Flock production quickly generates airborne fibres around the carousel. Without extraction, these flock residues settle onto following garments and complicate line cleaning operations.

The ROQ ASP automates this stage directly during the printing cycle.

Advantages of the ROQ ASP extraction system

The extraction system improves production conditions around the screen printing carousel.

  • Automatic flock fibre extraction: reduces flock residues during textile production after fibre application;
  • Cleaner screen printing workshop: limits dust dispersion around the carousel;
  • Reduced textile contamination: fibres remain less present on garments during production;
  • Synchronised operation with the ROQ automatic carousel: synchronised flock extraction without manual intervention;
  • Compatible with automatic ROQ production lines: ROQ ASP compatible with all ROQ screen printing carousels.

How the ROQ ASP works

The ROQ ASP operates in synchronisation with the screen printing machine. The suction head sweeps across the entire printed area during each cycle. It captures loose fibres before they spread throughout the workshop.

The ROQ ASP uses the automatic carousel power supply directly. No external connection or complex setup is required. How to remove flock residues on a screen printing carousel without modifying your production line? Simply mount the ROQ ASP onto the available head position after your flocking station.

ROQ ASP for high-output textile screen printing workshops

The ROQ ASP suits workshops equipped with an automatic ROQ screen printing machine. It works for growing businesses as well as high-output industrial production environments.

If you produce more than 200 flocked garments per day, this accessory quickly pays for itself.

ROQ ASP integration advice for screen printing workshops

Install the ROQ ASP directly after your flocking station. Check width compatibility with your largest garments. Leave accessible space around the recovery bag in order to simplify emptying operations during production.

For a fully automated flock production line, combine the ROQ FLOCK for fibre application and the ROQ ASP for residue extraction before garments pass through the textile drying tunnel.
