Complete Used Tiflex Screen Printing Setup: 6-colour manual press, 16 pallets, 40×40 cm flash, T-IR 80 conveyor dryer.

Description

This complete used Tiflex screen printing setup brings together the three machines of a textile printing line. The 2368000LC manual screen printing press prints up to 6 colours on t-shirts and sweatshirts.

It comes with 16 pallets, sleeve pallets included. The 40 × 40 cm infrared flash cure unit handles the intermediate drying. The T-IR 80 infrared conveyor dryer performs the final cure of plastisol inks.

Delivery is not included and is available on quotation.

Which pallets come with the Tiflex press?

The pallet set covers three garment sizes, from children's S to men's XL, plus two sleeve pallets. Each size holds the garment under the screen.

Pallets supplied with the Tiflex 2368000LC press
SizeDimensionsQuantity
Men's XL 66 × 48 cm 6
Women's M 50 × 32 cm 6
Children's S 40 × 22 cm 2
Sleeve 60 × 15 cm 1
Sleeve 40 × 15 cm 1

Both large sizes have 6 pallets each. All 6 stations therefore run at full capacity, for men's and women's garments alike.

The two sleeve pallets, 40 and 60 cm long, add sleeve printing to the line.

How does a three-step textile screen printing line work?

The line moves from printing on the press to intermediate drying under the flash, then curing in the dryer.

On the press, each of the 6 colours has its own screen, registered once for the whole run. The garment stays on its pallet throughout every pass.

Between two colours, the flash dries the ink layer on the surface. This step matters on dark textiles: the white underbase must dry before the bright colours go down.

Once printing is finished, the garment goes onto the dryer belt. The infrared emitters cure the plastisol ink and fix the print. The 80 cm useful width comfortably takes a garment printed on the largest pallet.

Why choose this Tiflex screen printing setup?

All three machines come from the same manufacturer, Tiflex, based in Poncin in the Ain region of France. Tiflex still supplies replacement infrared emitters for the flash and the dryer.

A textile decoration business thus gets a 6-colour textile screen printing press together with its full drying line. For screen preparation, the Exposure Unit for screen printing UV S-LED-4000 completes the line.

Further refurbished machines regularly join the Used Equipment range at Manutech-Print.

Frequently asked questions

What power supply does the setup need?

The flash and the dryer run on three-phase 400 V. The flash draws 18 A, the dryer 7 A. The fully manual press needs no electrical connection.

How much floor space does the press need?

The press reaches 2.90 m in diameter without frames and 3.50 m with frames fitted. Allow extra working space around it, plus room for the flash and the dryer.

Does the dryer also cure water-based inks?

This dryer comes without the hot-air circulation option. Tiflex advises this option for water-based inks. As supplied, the line is therefore set up for curing plastisol inks.

Can the press be dismantled for transport?

Yes, the Tiflex press dismantles completely. This makes transport and reinstallation in a new workshop easier.
