Description
The S-LED 4000 UV LED exposure unit for screen printing makes it easy and quick to carry out exposures. LED technology offers precise resolution, thanks to the LED strip and a lifespan of more than 52,000 hours. Delivered with its support and its vacuum pump.
This exposure system with LED-UV uses little energy and benefits from high exposure intensity and uniform light. This protects the photoresist or polymerisation in the curing process. The integrated vacuum pump ensures a fast exposure speed.
The base is made of sturdy steel, ensuring good stability with its adjustable feet. Additionally, the highest mat resists tearing and provides excellent opacity. During the suction phase, the powerful vacuum pump quickly evacuates the air. This allows the mat to perfectly fit your screen printing frame.
A safety switch is also included prohibiting the switching on of the UV LED light when the frame is open. Ideal for getting started in screen printing and silk screen creation.
