This 30 cm DTF transfer film roll is designed for compact Direct To Film printers operating in continuous production. The 30 cm x 100 m hot peel DTF film is a PET-based transfer roll with a matte coating, allowing printed designs to be transferred onto textiles immediately after heat pressing, without any cooling time.

It is suited for textile printing workshops producing small-width graphics such as logos, badges, cap branding or luggage marking. The hot peel process eliminates waiting time between cycles. Operators can move directly from pressing to peeling, improving workflow efficiency. This format provides an easy entry into DTF printing without disrupting existing production processes.

Compatible 30 cm DTF printers and systems

Transfer parameters and textile production workflow

Recommended pressing temperature ranges from 150°C to 165°C depending on the fabric. Medium and consistent pressure ensures proper adhesion. A pressing time of 10 to 15 seconds delivers stable transfer results. The film is peeled immediately while hot, allowing continuous production flow.

On polyester fabrics, temperature may be reduced to protect fibres. A second press using protective paper improves finish and durability.

The matte DTF film produces a finish that blends naturally into the textile surface. It avoids excessive gloss and provides a more premium look. The transferred design remains flexible, durable and resistant to repeated washing.
