Description

The DL60X4FV is a 4-head DTF printer fitted with Epson I3200 print heads. This configuration handles a higher volume of white pigmented ink and places greater demand on the ink circuits. The DTF maintenance kit for the DL60X4FV is assembled specifically for this architecture: 4 capping tops, 16 dampers and 2 white ink circulation pumps : compared to 1 pump on the 2-head version. All parts are sized for Epson I3200 print heads.

The quantities in this kit are calculated for a complete service of the DL60X4FV. They are not interchangeable with the 2-head or 5-head kits.

Why these parts wear and when to replace them

On a 4-head Epson I3200 printer, white pigmented ink circulates continuously through a larger circuit than a 2-head configuration. The load on both circulation pumps is higher, which accelerates their wear. A blocked Epson I3200 damper causes banding on DTF transfers. A worn capping top breaks the head seal at rest and leads to nozzle drying.

A clogged main filter restricts ink flow across all 4 heads simultaneously. The encoder strip and limit switch sensor are mechanical parts subject to friction wear and ink spray.

Compatibility and operating conditions

This DTF maintenance kit is designed specifically for the DL60X4FV, a 4-head Epson I3200 DTF printer compatible with 60 cm PET film and water-based white and CMYK DTF inks. Parts are sized for this 4-head configuration. For 2-head or 5-head printers, damper, capping top and pump quantities differ — dedicated kits are available on Manutech-Print.
