Description

Keeping a 2-head I3200 DTF printer running at full capacity means replacing worn parts before they cause production downtime. The DTF maintenance kit for the DL60X2 contains all the critical wear parts and consumables required for a full service. Quantities are matched to the 2-head configuration: 2 capping tops, 8 dampers, one pump, one filter, one encoder strip and one limit switch sensor.

Damper and capping top quantities vary depending on the number of heads. This kit is not interchangeable with the 4-head or 5-head versions.

Why these parts wear and when to replace them

White DTF ink is a heavy pigmented ink. It sediments inside circuits, clogs dampers and puts more strain on the circulation pump than CMYK inks. A blocked damper causes banding on prints. A worn capping top breaks the head seal at rest and leads to nozzle drying. A clogged main filter restricts ink flow and causes under-inking. The encoder strip and limit switch sensor are mechanical parts subject to friction wear and ink spray. Preventive replacement avoids positioning drift and unplanned machine stoppages.

Compatibility and operating conditions

This DTF maintenance kit is designed specifically for the DL60X2, or 2-head DTF printer compatible with 30 to 60 cm PET film and water-based white and CMYK DTF inks. Parts are sized for this 2-head configuration. For 4-head or 5-head printers, damper and capping top quantities differ — dedicated kits are available on Manutech-Print.
