The DTF DL60X2FV printing line offers a complete and high-performance solution for textile personalisation. It consists of a DTF printer equipped with two Epson I3200 printheads and a next-generation DTF powder shaker & dryer designed for professional-level production.

DTF DL60X2FV Printer – 2 Epson I3200 Printheads
The DL60X2FV line runs continuously thanks to its automated roll-to-roll system. The printer lays down the ink, then the dryer applies the hot-melt powder and completes the curing process. The whole system is stable, quiet and easy to integrate into any workshop.
With a print speed of 12 to 15 m²/h and a production cost estimated between 5 and 7 €/m², this solution delivers a fast return on investment. The CADlink Digital Factory DTF Edition RIP ensures precise colour control and optimal white ink management.

The printer is equipped with two Epson I3200-A1 printheads, renowned for their reliability and fine-detail quality. With 3200 nozzles per head and a resolution of up to 1800 dpi, the DL60X2FV reproduces details with exceptional clarity.

Its extended structure optimises heat distribution and ensures uniform drying, even at high production speeds. Precise control over temperature, powder agitation and conveyor speed makes it adaptable to all workflow configurations.
