Solenoid Valve for Ecofreen Mister T DTG Pretreatment Machines (T1, T2 and T2 Pro). Electrical connector not included.

Description

This solenoid valve for Ecofreen Mister T DTG pretreatment machines fits the Mister-T1, T2 and T2 Pro. Important: connector not included. The electrical connector from the old valve must be reused. These machines spray pretreatment liquid onto the T-shirt before DTG (Direct To Garment) printing. The 24 V valve opens and closes the liquid supply to the nozzle on every spray cycle. In good condition, it ensures an even spray across the whole garment.

What are the specifications of the Mister-T solenoid valve?

Here are the technical specifications of the Mister-T solenoid valve:

  • Model: HAD-032 L-4;
  • Also known as: Sol Valve;
  • Ecofreen equivalent part number: ECF-S745A-010;
  • Power supply: 24 V DC;
  • Connection: 1/4" thread;
  • Material: resistant to DTG pretreatment liquids;
  • Electrical connector: not included, to be reused from the old valve;
  • Compatibility: Ecofreen Mister-T1, Mister-T2 and Mister-T2 Pro.

How many solenoid valves does a Mister-T2 have?

The Mister-T2 and Mister-T2 Pro each use two identical solenoid valves, one per nozzle. This part fits either the left or the right side.

When should a Mister-T solenoid valve be replaced?

Three signs point to a stuck valve or a burnt-out coil:

  • low pressure or an uneven spray on the garment;
  • a nozzle that drips after the spray cycle ends, showing the valve is stuck open;
  • no liquid coming out while the pump runs, showing a valve stuck closed or a burnt-out coil.

Before replacement, a quick check of the filter and nozzle rules out other causes of clogging. For a worn nozzle, the pretreatment nozzle for mister-T2 and T2 Pro takes over.

How to extend the service life of the solenoid valve?

Pretreatment liquid that dries inside the mechanism blocks the valve. The Ecofreen manual for the Mister-T2 and T2 Pro lists three maintenance steps:

  • run the CLEAN cycle at the end of each working day, with distilled water only;
  • leave the main power switch on, so the auto-clean purges the nozzles every 4 hours;
  • replace the intake filter every two months, as running without a filter damages the pump, valve and nozzle.

Why choose this solenoid valve for the Mister-T?

A single part number covers all three Mister-T models and both nozzle positions. One item in stock therefore serves every machine in the workshop. It belongs to the DTG spare parts range from Manutech-Print.
