ROQ NEXT | Next Generation Screen Printing Press
- Reference: ROQ-NEXT
Description
The next-generation ROQ NEXT screen printing press is the evolution of the ROQ YOU. Its newer design introduces improvements in speed and ergonomics.
It reaches up to 1200 pieces per hour. This exceptional output places it among the most efficient machines on the European market. Equipped with a 38 cm central control screen, it features the largest interface among circular ROQ automatic screen printing presses.
This interface manages the entire machine and its connected accessories: intermediate flash units ROQ Flash RUN, ROQ Foil and ROQ Flock modules.
Technical specifications of the ROQ NEXT screen printing press
Positioned as ROQ’s high-performance mid-range model, the ROQ NEXT offers an excellent performance-to-price ratio. He allows two different production jobs to run alternately without stopping or reconfiguring the machine.
Each print head can be adjusted independently: the operator modifies one station without affecting the others, which speeds up adjustments and screen changes.
- Available configurations : From 6 to 18 print heads depending on the model (P08 XL to P18 XL);
- Machine diameter : From 4325 mm to 7000 mm depending on the number of heads;
- Flash cure connections : Up to 9 intermediate drying units can be integrated;
- Energy consumption : 4 to 8 kVA depending on the selected configuration.
The ROQ NEXT in textile printing workshops
This next generation ROQ NEXT screen printing press improves the organisation of professional textile printing workshops. The machine increases productivity by 20% thanks to its high output and its ability to alternate between two production jobs. Workshops produce more while requiring fewer operators.
The independent lifting of the print heads simplifies access to the screen printing frames, reduces cleaning time and shortens screen changeovers.
The machine performs particularly well when printing customised hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags and promotional accessories. The ROQ NEXT reveals its full potential on medium and long production runs, where its output improves overall production profitability.
Options and upgrades available with the ROQ NEXT
The ROQ NEXT screen printing press works with a wide range of additional accessories and modules. These options further automate production. Workshops can upgrade their equipment according to their needs without investing in a new press.
- ROQ Flash : Intermediate flash units for multi-layer printing;
- ROQ Foil : Hot foil module for metallic and glossy effects;
- ROQ Flock : Flocking system for velvet textures and raised effects;
- ROQ Iron : Module that smooths fibres and evens out the textile surface to improve the final print finish.
Next generation screen printing press ROQ NEXT configurations
It is available in 7 different configurations, from the P08 XL model to the P20 XL. Each configuration increases the number of colours and pallets available.
The P08 XL provides up to 6 colours with 8 pallets, while the P20 XL reaches 18 colours with 20 pallets. The screen printing press diameter ranges from 4325 mm to 7000 mm depending on the selected model. The standard print area measures 500 x 700 mm on all models. XL configurations reach up to 850 x 1000 mm in double index mode.
This range allows workshops to choose the exact configuration according to their production volume and the complexity of their designs.

How many operators are required to run the ROQ NEXT machine?
A single operator supervises the ROQ NEXT during production. The central console and individual control panels allow all adjustments to be managed from one workstation. A second operator improves productivity by ensuring continuous loading and unloading of garments.
What is the average lifespan of the ROQ NEXT?
The aluminium and steel structure of this screen printing press provides a service life of more than 15 years with proper maintenance. Mechanical components (bearings, cylinders) can be replaced easily.
What type of maintenance is required for the ROQ NEXT?
The ROQ NEXT requires light daily maintenance: lubricating the rails and checking pneumatic pressure levels. A complete annual inspection includes checking bearings, replacing pneumatic seals and calibrating sensors.
