Description
Compact and fast, the ROQ FIT 4/8 automatic screen printing carousel measures 3.43 metres in diameter. Its compact footprint makes installation easier in workshops with limited floor space.
With a production speed of up to 1,000 garments per hour with a single operator, the ROQ FIT suits workshops moving from manual to automatic printing. It also works well as a secondary machine for quick jobs and small production runs.
Printers often use the ROQ FIT for simple orders or small batches, while the main carousel handles large production runs.

The ROQ FIT works with four intermediate flash units positioned between each print head.
This 4/8 automatic carousel fits easily into most textile printing workshops. It consumes only 2 kVA of electricity and 250 l/min of compressed air. No special infrastructure is required, keeping operating costs low.

This compact screen printing carousel suits three main types of users:
- Textile screen printing workshops starting automation: it replaces a manual carousel and helps exceed 500 pieces per day.
- Established textile printing companies: it works as a secondary machine for small orders or simple prints from 1 to 4 colours.
- Companies specialising in fast textile marking: they run continuous logo prints or event personalisation with frequent artwork changes.
Ideal for printing t-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags and workwear in production runs of 50 to 500 units.
Compatible screen printing equipment
The carousel works with the ROQ FOIL module to add shiny or metallic effects. The ROQ FLOCK, compatible with the ROQ FIT, applies a velvet flock effect directly onto the textile during printing.
The carousel also includes three connections for intermediate flash units such as the ROQ Flash RUN, Flash MOBY and Flash EVOLUTION.
ROQ FIT press configuration
This compact textile screen printing press targets printers looking to automate production. It increases production capacity by 4 to 5 times compared to a manual press.
Easy to operate, the press is compatible with screen frames of 50.8 × 61 cm and 58.4 × 78.7 cm.

What is the lifespan of a ROQ FIT carousel ?
With regular maintenance, a ROQ FIT automatic screen printing carousel can operate for more than 15 years in production. As a European manufacturer, ROQ ensures the availability of spare parts such as squeegees, pneumatic and electronic components, and bearings.
Can the ROQ FIT be upgraded ?
This carousel cannot be extended in terms of print heads. Workshops that need to produce more colours generally move to larger models such as the ROQ YOU or ROQ NEXT screen printing carousels.
