ROQ OVAL EVOLUTION specifications

The screen printing press reaches up to 950 garments per hour. Available from 16 to 56 platens, it supports 10 to 50 colours depending on the chosen model.

Print areas range from 500 × 700 mm up to 1,100 × 1,600 mm, covering all garment and accessory sizes: children's t-shirts, XXL sweatshirts, oversized textiles and tote bags.

The ROQ OVAL EVOLUTION suits intensive production workshops that need to make better use of floor space. Its oval design provides more platens than a standard carousel press while using a more compact layout.

The press can run 2 or 3 different jobs at the same time, limiting downtime between runs and increasing overall output.

This screen printing press remains straightforward to operate despite its production capacity. Each print head includes its own adjustment panel, allowing speed, pressure and squeegee angle to be changed without stopping other stations. A 38.1 cm touchscreen centralises the main settings.

ROQ OVAL EVOLUTION configurations

The ROQ OVAL EVOLUTION comes in multiple lengths and layouts depending on production volume. Available in 9 models from P16 to P56, with 10 to 50 colours depending on configuration.

The four chassis sizes correspond to increasing print areas:

• XL+: standard format up to 500 × 700 mm, suited to classic t-shirts and polo shirts.
• 2XL: enlarged print area for sweatshirts and garments from size L to XL.
• 3XL: large format for XXL sweatshirts and oversized textiles.
• 4XL: maximum format up to 1,100 × 1,600 mm, for the largest garments and oversized tote bags.

Each size is available in short or long version, depending on the available floor length in your workshop.

What floor space is required to install a ROQ OVAL EVOLUTION?

The press length ranges from 7.7 metres (P16 XL+ short) to 40.5 metres (P56 4XL long). Width varies between 4.05 and 4.85 metres depending on the chassis. The popular P24 in 2XL short measures 12.9 × 4.35 metres.

What is the difference between short and long versions of the ROQ OVAL EVOLUTION?

Short versions optimise space for workshops with limited floor length. Long versions provide more room between stations, making access and maintenance easier. The difference ranges from 1 to 3 metres depending on the model.
