ROQ LEVEL | Textile Finishing System Screen Printing
- Reference: ROQ-LEVEL
Description
A poorly finished hoodie costs more than expected. Rejected garments, reprints and unhappy customers quickly impact production. On thick cotton textiles, fabric fibres rise again after printing. The surface becomes uneven. Solid areas lose consistency. Details fade during long production runs.
The ROQ LEVEL Textile Finishing System for Screen Printing Carousels applies heat and pressure directly onto the garment after printing.
It smooths the printed surface during the production cycle. Fibres stay flattened, solid areas appear more even and the final result looks cleaner straight off the screen printing carousel.
Textile smoothing directly during production
The ROQ LEVEL works in sync with the ROQ automatic screen printing carousel to smooth and prepare garments during production.
The operator performs no manual handling between stages. The system connects directly to the machine and operates either from the carousel’s central control console or from the dedicated ROQ LEVEL control panel.
The module operates after ink application in order to:
- Flatten textile fibres;
- Smooth the printed surface;
- Improve the feel after printing;
- Create more even solid areas;
- Enhance the visual appearance of the print.
