The ROQ Oval Pro is available in 9 configurations, from 16 to 56 platens. It supports up to 24 colours depending on the model. Production speed can reach 900 pieces per hour in the XL+ format.

Controlled and optimised textile customisation
The ROQ Oval Pro high-performance screen printing equipment stands out through the synchronisation of all peripheral modules via the central control system. Flash dryers, ROQ Foil and ROQ Flock operate in direct coordination with the machine.
Each head features its own individual control panel. Printing speed, squeegee height and angle, and stroke length can all be adjusted station by station without interrupting the rest of the production.
The heads lift into a high position to facilitate screen cleaning and maintenance operations. This technical detail helps reduce unplanned downtime during long production runs.
Compatibility and integration into a production line
The ROQ Oval Pro works with standard professional textile screen printing consumables: aluminium frames, plastisol inks, water-based inks and high-opacity inks.
When combined with a CTS (Computer-to-Screen) system or the PRU (Positive Registration Unit), setup times are reduced and maintenance requirements are minimised. The power supply accepts 3x230V or 3x400V+N at 50 or 60 Hz.
Installed power ranges from 6.5 to 13.5 kVA depending on the configuration, excluding flash curing. This controlled consumption facilitates integration into workshops with existing electrical installations.
