ROQ IRON | Heat press module for screen printing

Description
No more manual ironing before textile printing. The ROQ IRON screen printing smoothing system automatically smooths each garment without slowing down production.
Integrated into a screen printing carousel, it works like an industrial ironing unit adjustable up to 200 °C. It removes creases, prepares the textile surface for ink application and ensures high-quality printing.
Available in two sizes, 400 mm (M) and 600 mm (XL). The ROQ IRON operates fully synchronised with the screen printing machine.

This screen printing equipment integrates with ROQ YOU and ROQ PRINT ECO carousels as well as ROQ OVAL EVOLUTION and ROQ OVAL PRO oval machines.
Two configurations are available depending on the size of the garments processed:
- ROQ IRON M: 400 mm iron plate, frame 900 x 563 mm / power supply 230 V / max consumption: 2.2 kVA
- ROQ IRON XL: 600 mm iron plate, frame 1,200 x 763 mm / power supply 230 V / max consumption: 3 kVA
The M version covers standard garment sizes such as t-shirts and polos. The XL version is designed for larger areas such as full backs, sweatshirts, tote bags and XL hoodies.
