ROQ ECO |Screen Printing Press for High-Volume Production

ROQ ECO screen printing press for high volume production. Ultra-fast setup between runs up to 1400 pcs/h. Contact us

Description

Designed for speed and high-volume production, the ROQ ECO screen printing press offers the shortest setup times within the ROQ range.

Equipped with Go-To Platen technology, the press automatically positions the platens in front of the operator during setup. Movements are reduced and setup time between production runs decreases.

Each print head lifts independently to speed up screen changes. The workshop saves time during every transition and maximises production time.

Technical specifications of the ROQ ECO

Each print head includes its own control screen to adjust squeegee speed and height.

With a production speed of up to 1,400 pieces per hour depending on configuration, the screen printing press is suited for companies running high-volume printing jobs.

  • 8 to 18 colours depending on the model;
  • 10 to 20 platens depending on configuration;
  • Print area from 500 x 700 mm (L size) up to 800 x 1,100 mm (3XL size);
  • Aluminium honeycomb platens;
  • Automatic lubrication.

ROQ ECO in textile printing workshops

The ROQ ECO handles a wide range of textile products including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tote bags, workwear and promotional garments. The press supports both medium runs with frequent changeovers and long continuous production runs.

The double index mode temporarily stops the platen under a print head to apply the same colour twice. The operator activates this mode in seconds from the central screen. This feature allows, for example, two layers of white ink on dark sweatshirts or the creation of high-density effects.

ROQ intermediate flash units synchronise automatically with the carousel. They cure the ink between each colour without slowing down production.

Options and compatible modules for the ROQ ECO

Several accessories extend the capabilities of the automatic carousel press. These modules connect directly to the carousel to add special effects or complementary processes.

  • ROQ HYBRID: DTG (Direct-to-Garment) module to combine screen printing and digital textile printing;
  • ROQ FLOCK: Automatic velvet-effect application during the printing cycle;
  • ROQ FOIL: Metallic or glossy foil effects applied directly in-line;
  • ROQ Flash Run / ROQ Flash Evolution: Intermediate curing units.

** Consumption of each electric printhead: 50 l/min - 1,8 cfm in 15 pieces/min.

*** These values exclude the consumption with flash-curing, they should be calculated separately, taking into account the number and model of the flash cure on the machine.

- Power supply: 3x230V, 3x400V+N - 50Hz or 60Hz. See flash cure page.

Which ROQ ECO should I choose for my workshop?

The right choice depends on your output targets and the type of garments you print. For standard T-shirts and sweatshirts up to 1,400 pieces/hour, choose the L configurations (P10 to P20). If you regularly print XXL garments and tote bags, opt for the XL+ or 2XL/3XL ranges. The number of platens (10 to 20) and colour stations (8 to 18) is defined by your production volume and the complexity of your multi-colour designs.

Difference between the ROQ ECO and the ROQ YOU?

The ROQ ECO stands out thanks to its HMI control screens integrated on each print head. Operators can adjust settings quickly without moving to the central screen. Simplified maintenance (automatic lubrication, easier access to components) reduces technical interventions. This press is ideal for workshops looking for reliability and operational autonomy at a controlled cost.

The ROQ YOU focuses on versatility, with a wider range of available configurations (up to P22). The range offers different formats: M series for smaller prints, XL series for larger formats. This press suits screen printing workshops handling varied production with frequent changes between short runs and XXL formats.
