ROQ Nano | ultra-compact screen printing press
- Reference: ROQ-NANO
Description
The textile screen printing workshop is evolving. Orders for small runs on small print areas are increasing: neck labels, tote bags, baby garments. The ROQ Nano ultra-compact screen printing press provides a technical solution for these specific production needs.
Compact and mobile with 10 platens, 4 colours, it integrates easily into existing production environments.
It is not simply a space-saving carousel. It is a machine designed exclusively for printing on small areas, with the same quality standards as larger ROQ presses.
Technical specifications of the ROQ Nano automatic press
The print area measures approximately 200 × 200 mm. This size covers most small-format jobs encountered in professional textile printing workshops.
- P10 configuration: 10 platens, 4 colours
- Production speed: up to 1,200 pieces per hour on small formats
- Laser positioning system, touchscreen and micro-adjustments included
- Compact footprint: the machine fits through standard doors
- Relocation without re-levelling: precision maintained after repositioning
Practical applications of the ROQ Nano in textile workshops
Textile screen printing workshops use the ultra-compact ROQ Nano automatic press for small-area printing: neck labels, logos and baby garments.
In multi-colour screen printing, registration accuracy plays a key role. This screen printing machine maintains consistent alignment between each colour, even as production speed increases.
Many workshops use the ROQ Nano alongside a main screen printing press. Operators print large production runs on the main press and handle small-area prints on the Nano. This organisation streamlines production and reduces interruptions on the main lines.
Compatibility and working environment
The ROQ Nano integrates easily into a professional textile screen printing workshop. No additional equipment is required. Operators work with standard workshop tools: screen frames, plastisol inks, water-based inks and high-opacity speciality inks.
Teams keep their existing infrastructure and working methods. The machine works with existing conveyor dryers, and operators continue using the same consumables: emulsions, coating troughs, spatulas and cleaning solvents.
The machine also includes 4 intermediate flash connections, compatible with the following models:
- ROQ DRY RUN
- ROQ DRY EVOLUTION
- ROQ DRY MOBY
With a diameter of only 2325 mm and a weight of 650 kg, the ROQ Nano P10 installs easily in medium-sized workshops while maintaining controlled energy consumption of 2 kVA.

Can I print small runs and larger volumes with the ROQ NANO?
Yes, this is one of the strengths of the ROQ Nano. Fast screen changes allow operators to switch easily between customised small runs and medium-volume production without losing time.
What is the footprint of the ROQ NANO?
With a diameter of 2.3 m, the ROQ Nano remains a compact machine. It requires around 10–12 m² of working space, which is less than a traditional automatic press.
