NOIR 2500 screen printing dryer by Chiossi e Cavazzuti. Continuous drying up to 450 pieces/hour. Contact us.

Description

In screen printing, production speed depends directly on the printing process as well as the ink curing time.

The NOIR 2500 Chiossi e Cavazzuti dryer tunnel speeds up plastisol ink curing and keeps production moving continuously.

With its 2500 mm heating zone, it handles garments without interruption. Infrared heat acts quickly on the inks and allows output of up to 450 pieces per hour for T-shirts with an A4 print and 1.5 minutes of curing time.

Technical advantages of the Chiossi e Cavazzuti NOIR 2500 dryer

The design of this industrial textile dryer focuses on production performance, curing quality and energy control.

  • High-temperature infrared panels (up to 450°C) for ultra-fast, even drying;
  • Controlled power consumption: 16 kW max, with 600 m³/h fume extraction for a cleaner working environment;
  • 1050 mm conveyor belt: allows two T-shirts to be processed side by side, increasing productivity;
  • Adjustable belt/panel height (50-150 mm) to suit all types of garments, from tote bags to sweatshirts;
  • Automatic pneumatic belt centring Keeps the conveyor belt aligned during production.

Technical specifications of the Chiossi e Cavazzuti NOIR 2500

The following data shows the main technical specifications of the tunnel:

  • Heating zone: 2500 x 1050 mm;
  • Dimensions: 4,500 × 1,400 × 1,650 mm;
  • Three-phase power supply: 400 V.

The NOIR 2500 textile dryer tunnel adapts to production needs with several options.

A forced hot air system can be added for drying water-based inks. Conveyor belt width can be selected when ordering according to garment formats processed (available in 1600 mm).

A cooling system can be fitted at the end of the tunnel to speed up garment handling after drying.

Each option matches a specific production requirement.

The NOIR 2500 in a screen printing workshop

The NOIR 2500 infrared textile tunnel is positioned directly at the exit of a screen printing carousel, whether manual or automatic.

Its infrared panels heat the ink directly rather than the surrounding air. Heat penetrates the plastisol ink quickly and cures it without energy loss.

The operator adjusts belt speed according to the ink, garment and print speed. Belt speed is controlled by a mechanical variable speed drive, which limits maintenance and keeps output stable across different garments.

Which textile workshop is the NOIR 2500 for?

The NOIR 2500 Chiossi & Cavazzuti suits textile workshops looking for speed and consistent curing:

  • Produce several hundred pieces per day;
  • Work with plastisol inks;
  • Want to move to continuous curing;
  • Have limited space for a longer tunnel.

Within the Noir range from Chiossi e Cavazzuti, the NOIR 2500 textile dryer often becomes the first industrial drying tunnel installed to move from medium output to serial production.

For higher volumes, see the NOIR 3750 dryer tunnel.

Comparison of NOIR dryer tunnels by Chiossi e Cavazzuti

The NOIR range includes several dryer tunnels designed to support the growth of textile workshops. Each model matches a specific production level and a specific need.

NOIR 2500 : starting continuous production

The NOIR 2500 dryer tunnel suits workshops that are structuring their production. It supports the move from manual drying to continuous textile curing.

It is the most compact dryer tunnel in the NOIR range from Chiossi e Cavazzuti. It supports a steady output on medium production volumes.

When should you move to the NOIR 3750 Chiossi e Cavazzuti ?

An increase in production volume requires a longer tunnel. The NOIR 3750 dryer allows more pieces to pass through without slowing production.

Its longer heating zone increases dwell time. It suits workshops running continuous production on long runs.

NOIR 5000: textile production at high output

The NOIR 5000 Chiossi e Cavazzuti targets high-output workshops. It handles a large number of garments over extended production periods.

Its heating length supports a high working pace on long runs. It suits workshops equipped with fast automatic presses.
